I have more than one Personal Extra Number (PEN). Can I use different PENs for OneSim VoIP?
If you have more than one OneSim VoIP enabled PEN you can switch between these PENs for the purpose of the OneSim VoIP account. This option is available in the My SIM Cards menu in your online account.Are there any additional roaming charges?
There are NO additional roaming charges. The rates you see listed on our Rates & Coverage page are the only rates you will be charged when making or receiving calls on your OneSimCard enabled cell phone. This is true for using regular cellular voice or 1SIM VoIP App.Is text messaging available on the OneSim VoIP App?

Do you offer an eSIM option for iPhones, Androids or Tablets?
Yes. The OneSimCard eSIM option is available for use with iOS and Android phones, smart watches and even Windows tablets.
eSIM is not a physical SIM, but rather a program that can be downloaded to eSIM compatible phones and device.

Yes, as of March 3rd, 2020, OneSimCard eSIM can be used for Mobile Data, Voice and Texts. However, you can still use the OneSim VOIP app option with a Personal Extra Number (PEN) for additional savings on calling and texting

How do I top up my data with eSIM?

How do I install my eSIM?
Before purchasing, please ensure you have verified that your device is unlocked and one of the supported devices. Installation is completed by using your phone to scan the QR code of the purchased eSIM. You may scan the QR code by displaying it on the computer screen, another device, or a printed copy.
If you’ve already purchased OneSimCard eSIM, you can see full installation instructions and access your QR code from the Recharge menu in your online account. Make sure eSIM is selected in the Select SIM Card drop down menu.

Does calling a mobile phone cost more than calling a landline?
It does not cost more to dial an international mobile number using OneSimCard service on traditional cellular connections. You will receive the same very low per minute rate whether calling to a mobile phone or to a land line.Â

For OneSim VoIP, the cost of calling Mobile numbers is typically higher than calling landlines, but this method is still less than traditional voice calls in most countries..

I am traveling in Saudi Arabia and can receive calls, but I can't make an outgoing call. What should I do?
Local carriers in Saudi Arabia sometimes block standard OneSimCard outgoing calls. If this happens you need to either (a) enter a compatibility code into the settings of your phone or (b) initiate your call by sending an SMS message from the regular SMS menu (not the OneSimCard menu) of your phone.

Bear in mind that if you have powered your telephone down and removed and reinstalled the battery, you will need to follow the programming steps outlined above again.
